Apply Online for BCECE 2020 Exam, Eligibility, Syllabus

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, BCECEB has extended the registration date for Bihar BCECE 2020. The registration can now be done from March 24 to March 26, 2020. Candidates can apply online through the official site of BCECEB at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

Earlier, the Bihar BCECE 2020 exam was scheduled to be conducted on April 12 and 13, 2020, which now has been postponed. 

The examination will now be conducted on May 24, 2020, according to the official notice. Candidates who want to apply online can follow these simple steps given below.

Eligibility Criteria for Bihar BCECE 2020

Before applying for the BCECE 2020 exam, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the mentioned below criteria:
NationalityCandidate must be an Indian
Domicile RequirementCandidates must have a domicile of Bihar

Educational Qualification
Engineering/TechnologyCandidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics & Chemical science/Biology/Bio Technology/Technical Vocational as a subject with minimum 45% aggregate marks (for General/OBC) and 40% (SC/ST & DH).
PharmacyFor pharmacy, candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics/Biology & as subject with minimum 45% aggregate marks (for General/OBC) and 40% (SC/ST & DH).
MedicalCandidates must have completed 10+2 with English.

Age Criteria
Engineering /Pharmacy/ArchitectureNo minimum age limit
Health ScienceCandidates must complete 17 years of age.
AgricultureThe candidate must complete 16 years of age.

Bihar BCECE 2020 Exam Pattern
The candidates will have to appear for the exam to be conducted by BCECE. This year there will be only one stage of the exam which contains objective type questions.
DurationEach section paper is 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
No of QuestionThere are 100 questions in each subject.
Total No of MarksMaximum Marks in each subject is 400.
Types of QuestionThe questions are MCQ type
Marking Scheme+4 for each correct answer and One mark deducted for every wrong answer.

Bihar BCECE 2020 Application Process

Step-1Eligible candidates can fill the BCECE 2020 application form on the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
Step-2Candidates will be required to upload their scanned images of photograph and signature in the BCECE application form.
Step-3The board will also provide the facility to make corrections in the application form.
Step-4Incomplete application will not be accepted by the board.
Step-5BCECE application form correction will be available for the candidates who successfully submit the application form.
Step-6After the successful submission of application form, candidates are required to download Part A & B of the application form and keep it safe.
