On account of overwhelming response to SBI Clerical Job Post, SBI is arranging this examination in six sessions on three Sundays (2 Sessions on each Sunday) i.e. 08th, 15th & 22nd November 2009. For streamlining the entire process, we have prepared and issued the Call letters in six different colors for each day and each session.

The Written Test for SBI will be conducted on six sessions on three Sundays (2 Sessions on each Sunday) i.e. November 08th, 15th & 22nd.

Please note, if it is detected later on that a candidate has appeared in the written examination in more than one session, his/her candidature will be cancelled.

For this purpose the SBI have prepared and issued the Call letters in six different colors for each day and each session.

The SBI will inform the candidates for admit cards and call letters via three modes of communication. SMSName of the candidate, Date & Time of Examination. E-mail Registration Number, Roll No, Venue, Date & Time of Examination. Call letter Registration Number, Roll No, Venue, Date & Time of Examination.& Instruction (By Post “Under Certificate of Posting”).

Candidates are being informed for the written examination in the following sequence.

Candidate has to submit the call letter along with the original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) or suitable letter from Bank's branch where fee is deposited (in case original is lost), failing which he/she will not be allowed to write the examination.

Call letters have been dispatched to all the registered candidates by post under certificate of posting and also intimated by email & SMS. In all probabilities, candidates will be getting the call letters up to November 2, 2009.

Valid candidates who don't receive call letter up to Nov 2, 2009 may download duplicate Call letters from the website ( website address will be provided in the last week of October 2009 ) wherefrom the candidate will have to enter his Registration ID with password or Date of Birth.

Those candidates, who have received more than one call letter, should staple all those call letters received by them keeping the correct one on top and hand them over to the Invigilators in the examination hall/room alongwith the original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan)
