- Acquisition of new customers, maintaining a healthy and active customer base
- Cross sell new product and service opportunities.
- Achieving sales target, building and managing channel partners
- Ensuring 100 % client penetration for business sourced.
- To implement Business Development / Marketing Strategies / Achievement of Sales and Profit Targets of all Financial Products and Services.
- Monitoring the branch sales targets & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branch and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services

- Qualifications:
- Full time MBA from recognized managment institute.
- 1- 4 years of post- MBA experience.
- Age less than 32 years.
